User Defined Components

This chapter describes the user defined components which can be added to the Information and Conclusion tabs.
When loading multiple configuration files which contain user defined components with the same name the component of the later loaded configuration file overrides the component of the former one. To remove a former loaded component within another config file a component with the same name can be given where the attribute remove is set to true.

Common Attributes for all User Defined Components	name	required	string	Defines the name of the component which will be taken as element name for the xml-output.
	caption	optional	string	The caption of the component which will be shown. If no caption is given the name attribute will be used instead.
	required	optional	`true`\|`false`	All user defined components are required by default. This means that QuickRev shows a corresponding message if no value is assigned to the component during saving of the project. Furthermore the caption of all required fields will be shown in red if no value (or just the initial) value is assigned to the field. To change this behaviour set required to `false` instead.
	description	optional	string	The description will be shown as tool tip of the component.
	remove	optional	`true`\|`false`	If multiple configuration files are loaded components of a former loaded config file can be removed by defining a component with the same name and setting this attribute to `true`. By default components with the same name override former loaded components.
